We are seeking an active Sales Representative to join our team at an EdTech startup.

Tasks:
- Meeting sales goals and plans;
- Keeping records of sales and other reports in the CRM system;
- Conducting consultations for international clients via video call to sell product;
- Resolving customer complaints by developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management;
- Compiling and continually updating customer base.
Requirements:
- 1 year or more experience in call center, telemarketing or direct phone sales;
- Conversational English (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Independence, initiative, time management, organizational skills;
- Ability to negotiate;
- Knowledge of Google Suite, office programs, CRM systems;
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve their knowledge;
