Development of the website and upgrade of the Android mobile application "Migrant's Handbook” in accordance with the Terms of reference (Annex C1) which as an integral part of this RFQ and as follows.
Development of the website, iOS application and upgrade of the Android mobile application "Migrant's Handbook” in accordance with the Terms of reference (Annex C2) which as an integral part of this RFQ and as follow.

Interested providers are requested to submit the filled documents by e-mail to [email protected] before 18:00 PM, 30 July 2020. No late proposal shall be accepted.

The Service Provider that has submitted the lowest evaluated Price, substantially responsive to

the requirements of this General Instruction and who has been determined to be qualified to

perform the contract shall be selected and awarded the contract.
