We’re looking for a Growth Lead who can shape the narrative, guide adoption, and build scalable, sustainable growth from the ground up.
Discovery & Outreach
- Identify and segment key target audiences, including startups and teams operating on Cloudflare
- Plan and execute structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and partnerships
- Represent Optux AI through podcasts, interviews, and relevant community discussions
- Build and maintain a professional network that contributes to product awareness and business growth
Content & Communication
- Translate complex technical concepts (server-side testing, Cloudflare Workers, SEO-safe experimentation) into clear and compelling narratives
- Develop content strategies across multiple formats — including video explainers, product case studies, articles, and email campaigns
- Design and publish simple, conversion-oriented landing pages using Framer or similar tools
- Manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment
Activation & Growth
- Re-engage users who registered but have not completed onboarding or activation
- Plan and optimize targeted, cost-effective advertising campaigns across relevant platforms and professional communities
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that marketing communication aligns with product improvements and the roadmap
- Consistently translate technical value into clear business benefits for decision-makers
Hypothesis & Experimentation
- Formulate and validate data-driven growth hypotheses
- Use AI-driven tools to streamline content creation, automation, and market research workflows
- Develop scalable, repeatable growth processes that can be continuously measured and improved
Our expectations:
- Growth Marketing: 2+ years in B2B or startups, with proven success driving user acquisition and activation
- Outbound & Communication: Comfortable with direct outreach, cold messaging, and public speaking (podcasts, demos, communities)
- Content & Storytelling: Strong ability to craft narratives that convert complex tech into business value
- Self-Management: Independent, structured, and proactive. No micromanagement - just ownership
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of web infrastructure (bonus if familiar with Cloudflare)
- AI Power User: Experienced in using LLMs and other tools to scale workflows
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and Russian (B2+)
