How to post one job on several sites
You can post one job on DevKG and other sites in the network. Complete the form once, choose the sites and check the total. The system creates copies, so you do not need to paste the text into separate forms.
This is called crossposting. The form shows the available sites and their prices before publication.
One place to make changes
The original is the job you created on DevKG. Copies are its versions on the sites you selected.
For example, if you post on two sites and later change the salary, edit the original. Copies update automatically after the changes are published. If the changes need review, wait for the decision first.
You do not have to fill in a new form or edit each copy separately. Visitors to the selected sites can find the job there.
Step 1. Choose the sites
- Open My jobs → Create a job, or continue a draft.
- Go to the final step of the form. For help with the fields, see How to post a job.
- 1. Who you're looking for
- 2. Describe the job
- 3. How to reach you
- 4. Check and publish
- Find Also publish on. Each site has a placement price beside its name.
- Select the sites you want. Check any preselected sites and deselect those you do not need.
If the section is missing, no additional sites are currently offered for this job. If a site is visible but unavailable, read the reason beside it: for example, specialization, work format or anonymity.
Step 2. Decide whether you need channel posts
In the Order summary, select the job channel-post option if the site offers it.
This also enables posts in the channels of selected partner sites that offer the service. Under each site's name, you can see whether its post is included and what it costs. There is no separate control to enable each partner channel.
If you do not need posts, clear the channel-post checkbox in the summary. Placement on the selected websites remains selected.
Step 3. Check the price and submit
The chosen sites appear in the Order summary, alongside publication on DevKG and other services. Check the Total.
One order does not mean every site is free. Each selected site costs the amount shown in the form. This can differ from the price of a separate publication on that site. If it says Free, there is no charge for that placement.
- Select Pay and publish if an amount remains to pay.
- Select Publish if no money payment is required.
See Paid options and How to pay.
You do not need to pay again on the receiving site for a placement already paid for in this order. The original's anonymity carries over without buying that option again, on sites that accept anonymous jobs.
Step 4. Check where the job appeared
Copies start being created after the original is published. If it is under review, wait for the decision first. Copies may appear at different times; you do not need to submit each one separately.
Open My jobs → the job's menu → Published on.
| Site status | Meaning and next action |
|---|---|
| Published | The copy is live. Open it using the link beside the site. |
| Pending | The copy is still being created. Check again later. |
| Not placed | Placement failed. Read the reason, resolve it if possible and select Place again. |
| Removed | The copy was taken off the site. This placement cannot be restored. |
| No longer showing | A copy was created but is not currently published, for example because it is archived. Ask support if the reason is unclear. |
Place again retries a failed placement on the same site without a new charge. It does not restore a removed copy or add a different site.
Edit the job and manage applications
Edit the original in My jobs on DevKG. Published changes to the text, salary and contacts are passed to active copies without a new placement charge. Archiving or deleting the original also affects its copies.
If the boost action is available, use it on the original. Publication and expiry dates update on active copies too. Boosting does not restore a removed placement. See Edit, refresh or delete a job.
Email, Telegram and WhatsApp messages go to the contacts in the job. They do not automatically become applications in your account.
Remove a copy from one site
- Open Published on for the original job.
- Find the site and select Remove from this site.
- Read the warning and confirm.
The original and copies on other sites remain.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| A selected site has stopped accepting jobs | Deselect it, check the total and submit again. |
| A selected site is one you previously removed the job from | Refresh the page, check the sites and submit without that removed placement. |
| A site cannot be selected | Read the reason beside it and choose suitable sites. Do not change the actual job terms just to unlock a site. |
| Pending for a long time | Refresh after a few minutes. If it stays the same, contact support with the original job and the site's name. |
| A retry fails again | Send support the original link, site name and error message. Do not create a new paid order to retry. |
