How to post a job
To post a job on DevKG, sign in, open My jobs and select Create a job. Complete the four steps, check the total and submit your vacancy.
Have the job title, description, terms and a contact for candidates ready. You can save a draft and finish later.
Before you start
- Sign in. Open Sign in, enter your email and use the code from the message. If this is your first visit, accept the terms on the join page.
- Choose a company. Jobs are posted on behalf of a company. If yours is missing, create it in the form. See How to create a company.
- Open the form. Go to My jobs and select Create a job.
Step 1. Describe who you need
The top of the form shows your current step:
- 1. Who you're looking for
- 2. Describe the job
- 3. How to reach you
- 4. Check and publish
- Company. Choose the company hiring the employee.
- Job title. Use a clear title, such as Accountant or Frontend developer.
- Specialization. Choose the relevant category. If the form suggests one from the title, check it.
- Work format. Choose office, hybrid, remote or relocation. For office and hybrid roles, select a company office or enter the city and address. For relocation, specify the country. If asked where candidates can apply from, select countries or all countries.
- Employment and experience. Select the appropriate options.
- Salary. Enter the amount and currency. You can enter a range or just a minimum or maximum. The form will tell you if salary is required.
Select Continue. On later steps, use Back to return to earlier fields.
- Back — go to the previous step, nothing is lost
- Save draft — save and finish later, the vacancy is not shown on the site
- Continue — go to the next step
Step 2. Describe the work
In the About the job field, explain who you are hiring and what they will do. Enter at least 50 characters; the counter below the field shows how many are left.
You can add requirements, responsibilities and conditions as separate lists, with one item per line.
- List the main tasks under responsibilities.
- Include the skills and experience needed for those tasks under requirements.
- Describe working hours, pay, employment arrangements and benefits under conditions.
Select Continue.
Step 3. Add contact details
Provide at least one contact: Telegram, WhatsApp, phone or email. Use a contact you will check and verify it before publishing.
If all fields are empty, the form shows a message when you try to continue:
Fill in at least one way to reach you
Fill in a contact and select Continue.
Step 4. Check the job and price
Review the title, terms and contacts. To correct a section, select Edit beside it.
Check the selected paid services and the Order summary. The publication itself may have a price, as well as optional services. Turn off services you do not need and check the total. If other sites are offered, check which ones are selected too.
Available services and prices depend on the site. See Paid options.
To use points, enable Spend points and check the updated total. The share you can cover with points depends on the site's rules.
For companies: if your company already has a balance from a purchased bundle, you can enable Pay from balance in the order summary. Pay any remaining amount using a regular payment method. Buying a bundle is optional. See Publication bundles and company balance.
If you have a promo code for points, apply it on the Points page before paying. See How to use a promo code.
- If nothing remains to pay, select Publish.
- If payment is required, select Pay and publish and complete the payment.
If payment is required
When paying through Finik, choose an available method on your payment page. For QR payment from a computer, open your banking app's scanner on your phone, scan the code, check the amount and confirm. If using one phone, try the App tab.
Scan the code with your bank app. The code is valid for about an hour.
Return to the site after paying and wait for confirmation. If money has already been deducted, do not pay again. See How to pay for detailed steps and troubleshooting.
Check the status
Open My jobs. The status shows what is happening:
- Draft
- You started and saved it but have not sent it yet. Only you can see it.
- Awaiting payment
- You chose paid services; the payment is still to do.
- Under review
- A moderator is checking the vacancy, usually within one working day.
- Published
- The vacancy is on the site; candidates see it and apply.
- Rejected
- A moderator sent it back. Click the status to see what to fix.
- Archived
- The vacancy is off the site. You can bring it back or make a copy.
Under review means the job is waiting for a moderator's decision. Published means it is live on the site.
If the job is rejected, select its status, read the reason, make the requested changes and submit it again. If it is awaiting payment, complete the payment; if money has already been deducted, check the payment result first.
